“Victoria and Lauren met in 2019 over social media, they got along so well but it wasn’t the right time for a relationship for either of them. With college and Covid they decided it was better to wait. Around a year later they came back together and know they were meant for each other. Victoria moved down to Northern Colorado where Lauren lived and they spent everyday together. The two of them decided it was the perfect time to get a puppy and thats where Oatmeal (Oat for short) came in. They got Oat at 7 weeks and ironically around the same time they got him Lauren made the decision to propose to Victoria. In Lauren’s words “there was nothing special about the day I chose to propose to Victoria, other than knowing I want to do it now as I was ready to spend the rest of my life with her.” Lauren then got the ring and proposed at a lake near their apartment. Around a month later Victoria returned the favor and proposed to Lauren on her birthday. Knowing Lauren and Victoria personally I was so excited these two would get their happy ever after. Once they both had rings and Oatmeal was trained enough to do some photos we scheduled an engagement session for right before fall color left Colorado. The perfect location was Mount Falcon in Indian Hills, CO since it was close to where Victoria was from. Oat showed up his cutest for the session and was perfectly well behaved to help his moms get the best engagement photos possible.”
