Timeless Wedding in Shades of Blue

“Drew and I met at Colorado State University in college, him being the bouncer of the bar I would regularly attend.  I would always carry carrots in my bag for a late night snack and to grab his attention I would offer him a baby carrot or two as he checked my ID.  I fell hard for the tall, dark, and bearded man instantly, but became friends first, and started dating a few years later.  The moment we started dating I knew I was dating my future husband, and the rest is history!  For our wedding, I wanted to be as intentional as possible with every detail.  The food we served is our favorite type of comfort food, the table names are street names of our favorite places, my mom even made a book of old wedding photos of all the married couples that attended the wedding!  We had our grandmas as flower girls, had our dogs face on the cocktail napkins, and got married in the same church my parents got married in 28 years ago.  I wanted the day to be joy filled, intimate, and FUN!  We laughed, we cried, and danced the night away with our closest friends and family.  The joy that comes with having everyone you love in one room is unmatched.  Weddings can be stressful, but marrying the love of your life is WORTH IT!”
