Timeless Mountain Chic Wedding Day

February 27, 2024 BY: Bailey

“Our wedding day was a dream come true. Every little detail was captured with pure elegance, allowing us to relive this magical day and million times over! Our ceremony was light-hearted – filled with so much love and happy moments, celebrating two families becoming one. We incorporated our family throughout the whole experience, with the brides cousin playing acoustic guitar for the processional, to the groom’s brother officiating the ceremony, and even had our husky pup as the flower girl. With most of our friends + family being from out of town, we wanted to provide our guests with an elevated Colorado experience. We hand selected some of our favorite Colorado staples, from vendors down to alcohol offerings (all being Colorado breweries or distilleries). Woodlands was the perfect backdrop for our mountain vision – it provides a true remote mountain elegance experience, when in actuality you are only 30-minutes outside of Denver. We wanted the personal touches to carry-on through dinner and reception. Who doesn’t love a good pizza party and ice cream for dessert (from Colorado locals – Mountain Crust and Little Man Ice Cream)?! Our “getaway car” was a surprise for all: a fire truck from Evergreen Fire Rescue. The father of the bride was a volunteer firefighter for 15 years and pulled some strings for the most iconic exit experience. Overall, we perfectly achieved our ‘mountain chic’ wedding day vision, and love to reminisce on the most magical day in Morrison, Colorado!”
