“The day Brock proposed, we were snowmobiling with my family. It was one of those perfect days—sunny skies, a fresh blanket of snow, and the mountains stretching out before us. Snowmobiling has always been one of our favorite things to do together, so Brock thought it would be fitting to propose at the top of a mountain. And that’s exactly what he did. Before we set out, my dad and brother threw me off by saying they were going to take a different route with Brock and would meet me at the top. Little did I know, they were all in on it. When I finally arrived, they had set up lunch for us, and Brock insisted we take a photo because the view was absolutely breathtaking. It wasn’t out of the ordinary for us—we love taking pictures to capture the moment—but what I didn’t expect was for that photo to become be the backdrop for one of the biggest moments of my life. As we posed for the photo, Brock got down on one knee, and I was completely blindsided. Honestly, I had been waiting for years for this, but in that moment, I didn’t see it coming at all. I was so shocked and overwhelmed with emotion that I could hardly speak. Tears started flowing, and I was shaking, but all I could do was nod and say yes. It was a moment so perfect that it felt like everything came together just the way it was meant to be. The mountains, the snow, the sunshine, and Brock—all of it was just… everything I could have ever dreamed of. It was the perfect start to our forever.”
