“Bryony and Corey’s story started over ten years ago on a hike in Kananaskis, Alberta. They got a little lost along the way, but instead of stress or frustration, it turned into laughter and an easy connection that quickly grew into something more. That day set the tone for a relationship built on humour, adventure, and always having each other’s backs. Since then, their life together has been filled with travel, growth, and showing up for each other through all of life’s ups and downs. With Bryony’s parents’ blessing, Corey proposed during a quiet hike near Snoqualmie Falls, with their dog Cooper leading the way. Without even knowing it, Cooper brought them to the perfect spot to start a new chapter. On June 8, 2024, Bryony and Corey got married at a beautiful private residence on the shores of Qualicum Beach, British Columbia. The ceremony took place in the middle of the day, right on the sand with the tide way out, under wide open skies and soft sunlight. They shared personal vows in front of their closest people, vows that felt honest, heartfelt, and completely true to everything they’ve built together. The whole day was warm, emotional, and easy in the best way. There was a lot of laughter, a few tears, and a relaxed, down-to-earth feeling that reflected exactly who they are. Their portraits were taken in a beautiful forested meadow tucked away on the property, a quiet little pocket that felt like it was just theirs for a moment. The reception was full of love, great food, and so much laughter, with some of the best memories made later that night on the dance floor, especially the ones shared with Granny, who made sure everyone had a reason to dance. In January 2025, Bryony and Corey welcomed their son, Patrick, making an already incredible year even more special. Their story keeps growing, with Cooper still happily by their side for the next chapter.”
