“‘We actually met in our freshman year of college and barely spoke to each other until my junior year, when we were paired to lead a small group. I was most certainly not looking for a relationship and actually came to terms with my self that I just wanted a cow. Still, we would meet up multiple times to plan and talk about Small Group. After multiple meetups that lasted eight hours of just chatting about everything besides Small Group, we started flirting, as one does. I was in complete denial. Still, he kept pursuing and then he finally asked me out on a date very nervously and we we went on a total of two dates and then made it official and then after six months we wanted to get married. We got engaged at nine months and then six months after married. The rest is history.’ For their first anniversary, they wanted to check going to the Tetons off their bucket list, and Shayla, being a photographer, wanted the trip to be topped off with a session! No one planned on the rain storm, but we made magic anyway, and we were treated by sunshine & a clear view of the Teton range at the very end!”
