“Sydney and Blake’s wedding is one I return to often, both in my mind and in the way I shape my business. It was one of my first true mountain weddings. I drove into the Colorado mountains, checked into a little room by myself, and realized I was stepping into a new chapter of who I am becoming. The mountains wrapped their day in the softest light, and photographing their day felt like capturing the beginning of something bigger, for all three of us. Sydney and Blake were the kindest, most grounded souls, and working with them felt like working with old friends. That feeling only deepened when I photographed their maternity session and then their newborn photos as they welcomed their baby boy into the world.
