“Our love story began back in high school when we met through our best friends, who were dating each other at the time. Initially, we were both interested in other people and only hung out at lunch to spend time with our friends. For about a month, we shared laughs, conversations, and discovered common interests without realizing the bond quietly forming between us. After a couple of months of lunches and endless talks, our friends decided to set us up on a double date. Though we were both shy and nervous at first, as soon as we settled into the restaurant, the nerves faded, and we hit it off. What started as a budding connection quickly grew into an unbreakable bond, making us inseparable. Fast forward eight years, and we’re now getting married to our high school sweetheart, with a love that deepens and strengthens every single day. A few years ago, my grandparents purchased a home in Montana after years of visiting and falling in love with the area. Their hope was that family would come to stay, experience its beauty, and fall in love with Montana just as they had. That’s exactly what happened for Zach and I. Ever since they bought the house, we’ve been visiting a few times a year, and with each trip, we’ve grown to love it even more. Fast forward to November 2022—we had a trip planned for Thanksgiving, but it quickly turned into a celebration of love. On a cold but beautiful afternoon, Zach got down on one knee in the front yard of my grandparents’ house. It couldn’t have been more perfect if he tried. We spent the rest of that trip celebrating and soaking in every precious moment together as fiancés. Montana will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our wedding day in Montana this past August was nothing short of magical. With an intimate gathering of around 70 of our closest family and friends, the day felt like a warm embrace, full of love and connection. The weather was absolutely perfect, with sunshine and just the right breeze, setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted and adorably personal, with everyone playing a part in making the day special, from setting up to sharing heartfelt toasts. It felt especially meaningful to celebrate at my grandparents’ house, the very place where Zach proposed, making it truly feel like home. The atmosphere was filled with joy and laughter as everyone got along seamlessly, creating a day that we will forever cherish. We’re already looking forward to returning there each year to reminisce about that incredible day, and we can’t wait to one day bring our kids there to create new memories as a family, just as we have.”
