Picture Perfect Elopement on Lake Dillon

April 15, 2024 BY: Amy

“Kiersten and Matt met on a dating app a few months into the pandemic. Their first date was at a local brewery and by the end, they had already planned their next several dates. Since then their relationship has blossomed into what it is today through lots of trips, house renovations, deep conversations about life, and helping each other when times get hard. These two love being around water and planned a private elopement at Lake Dillon. They started the day at a private A-frame home in Breckenridge. After getting ready, they dressed their dog, Ollie, in a custom suit to match Matt’s suit, complete with a doggie boutonnière! At Lake Dillon, Kiersten and Matt privately shared their vows, signed the marriage license with Ollie’s paw print, and shared slices of cake! They finished up the elopement with a champagne pop near a yellow aspen grove that is meaningful to Matt – the land where his grandfather’s ashes were scattered. Film used is Fuji 400h and Ilford Delta 3200, on Contax 645, and processed at Photovision.”
