“Halle and Joe were wed on February 11, 2023 in a gorgeous ceremony at The Permanent filled with Old Hollywood glamour and pops of modern colour. The bride and groom envisioned a retro-mod look and feel to compliment the neo-classical elements of their Heritage Landmark venue, paired with heavy velvet fabrics and black marble for an “Old Hollywood meets Miami Cocktail Lounge” aesthetic. The 1920’s style ceremony columns, tropical palms, vintage champagne bath, cocktail speakeasy lounge, custom wax seal seating chart, and art deco inspired cake were just some of the many details that made this day truly one-of-a-kind. Even the bride’s lace gown from Rituals of Love was completely reconstructed and custom fit to her unique style. Not to mention it was all captured artfully by the talented Tessa Shannon, who, in addition to providing a full digital gallery, shot some of the day on 35MM film for a totally raw, unfiltered, and intimate point of view.”
