“Autumn and Nick have been together for 8 years, meeting at a party. Nick proposed on a hike in March at a beautiful lookout outside Nelson. He set up his camera to take a “family photo” of the two of them and their dog Axel. As the camera was recording the three of them, nothing happened. Then as they took in the view, he popped the question! Turns out as the camera was recording, when he tried to pull the ring out of his pocket his fingers got stuck! Autumn said a big yes! A few weeks ago I ventured out with Autumn and Nick and their dog, Axel up to Gibson Lake. We 4×4’d up the rough road together and were greeted with a stunning glassy alpine lake. The most beautiful spot to capture their love.”
