“This beautiful couple wanted their engagement session to be more than just staged poses in picturesque locations. They wanted it to reflect their story as a couple and the things they love to do together. So, we took a journey downtown to capture special moments in settings close to their hearts. We started the session at their favorite local bar, Pengilly Saloon, where we captured moments of them enjoying each other’s company over a drink and a game of cribbage and billiards. We then made our way to the Capitol building. A little bit of a hiccup, as there was a large event going on and people in every corner. But these two were such troopers and we made things work to our advantage! Madeleine and Andrew’s decision to personalize their engagement session speaks volumes about their love story. It’s a reminder that love is not just about grand gestures, but also about the simple joys shared between two people.
