“After spending Mike and Lia’s wedding day with them, one thing is clear: Mike loves Lia and Lia loves Mike. These two are absolutely made for each other! After getting ready in separate locations, the couple had their first look and private vows at Garden of the Gods. It was so beautiful! Typically, harsh sunlight can be tricky with photos, but these two were absolutely glowing amongst the red rocks. Lia’s chic wedding dress featured a stunning slit and Mike rocked an all black suit. These two looked GOOD together. The wedding was held at Black Forest by Wedgewood. They had a lovely outdoor ceremony followed by some dreamy sunset portraits amongst the tall pines. For the reception, Lia changed into a second dress, which was equally as stunning. This dress was fitted with fun, mesh sleeves. Lia’s family is Marshallese, so the couple’s reception accessories honored that. It was so sweet to see the blending of two cultures! I have seen a lot of reception entrances, but this one takes the cake. The energy was amazing and the sparkler fountains were so fun! It was obvious how excited they were to be husband and wife! And of course, the dance floor did not disappoint, as evidenced by the photos. I’m so honored to tell Mike and Lia’s story. Cheers to the D’Ippolito’s!”
