“Max and Hannah met in Hannah’s hometown, Calgary. After a few years together made their way up to Edmonton where they now have planted their roots. Family traditions are close to each of their hearts, and Max and Hannah have continued Max’s tradition of spending their summers in Kelowna with the rest of the family. Each morning in Kelowna starts the same, by Max and Hannah wandering down to the dock to have their morning coffee with the sun and to enjoy the calm water. Their summer 2022 trip started off no different, although there was a bit of extra excitement in Max as he brought Hannah her coffee on the dock their first morning there. With just the two of them on the dock, soaking in the sun and the serene lake, Max got up to twirl Hannah around and got down on one knee and asked Hannah to marry him! With many happy tears and a wholehearted yes from Hannah, the two headed back up the beach to the house where the rest of the family was waiting to celebrate and share all the love.”
