Boho and Terracotta Wedding Inspiration

“Connor and I met our very first day at the Air Force Academy when we were reporting for Basic Training. We ended up being in the same squadron and actually lived next door to each other for two years. However, it took until our Junior year at the Academy for me to finally give Connor a chance and let him out of the friend zone. After that there was never any question we were made for each other. Today we are both officers in the Air Force where we are stationed in Utah at Hill Air Force Base. We wanted to get married in Colorado since that is where my family is from and we still have lots of friends in the area. The majority of our wedding guests were military which meant a ton of people had to travel for our wedding so we wanted it to be somewhere central. The day was so special for us since we were able to see friends from all across the country. Additionally, it was a dream come true for me since Connor got deployed to the Middle East after we had already set the date. Originally he wasn’t even supposed to be back in time but thanks to some pretty awesome people, he was able to come home early. All and all, best day of my life hands down.”
