Autumn-Inspired Nuptials at Moss Denver

“… Holding our wedding during this time of year was really important to us. We wanted to incorporate fall into our colors, including shades of red, yellows, oranges, and greens. An important place to connect our aesthetic design with our loved ones was the dress of our wedding party. We chose to ask the ladies to choose any dress they’d like within the color palate, and, wow, their choices could not have been more perfect. Our inspiration for the table decor and place settings was the fall foliage. Like the leaves clinging to the trees and the ones scattered on the ground, we wanted the place settings to be messy, eclectic, natural, and surprising. After sharing the dresses and place setting inspiration with our florist, we trusted the process. We could not have been happier to see it come together the day of the wedding and afterward – photos helped us see how perfectly it came together. Things got a bit “brighter” for the after-party, which we wanted to be super fun and lively, with dancing, singing, and a little autumn magic. The band nailed it with a short, pre-dinner dance party that got everyone looking forward to dancing after dinner. Glow sticks and a magic show were the perfect touches to add something unique to the evening, and our guests are still talking about it months later.I cannot forget to mention our third family member, Cooper – he was able to join us for the special day and was our ring bearer. Venues and vendors comfortable with dogs were a must for us, and we will never forget having him there.”
