“We met in 2013 at Oktoberfest at Snowbird Ski Resort, and our love story began two years later when we decided to give dating a shot. Our relationship was built on silliness and adventure. We would eat junk food and jam out to music or listen to science podcasts on our way to rafting, canyoneering, hiking, or skiing adventures. Nathan proposed on the last rappel as we were canyoneering through an amazing canyon in Zion National Park. When we returned to our campsite that night we shared our engagement with our friends and celebrated. We decided to have our wedding at High West because we loved the location, the view from the knoll where we had our ceremony, the incredible cocktails, and the gorgeous, rustic charm of the distillery itself. We loved every single moment of our special day.”
