This lush, garden elopement inspiration, captured by Alison Epps Photography and planned by The Styled Soiree, was influenced by the gorgeous mountain setting of Wild Canyon Ranch in Lake George, Colorado. Using spring blooms like lilac and pansies, the meadow at the ranch surrounded by forested mountains was the perfect setting for showcasing a canopied pergola adorned with slightly wild floral installations. We chose a palette of deep plum, soft lilac, peach, and mauve with pops of raspberry to add whimsy and brightness, representing the feeling of Spring emerging from Winter. The invitations had hand-painted lilacs decorating the envelope and touches of gold leaf for romance. The cake had flowers cascading down the side in the same slightly wild design as the floral installations.
