Dan + Amanda
Dan and Amanda were celebrating their ten year wedding anniversary. We did a shoot two evenings in a row. They never hired a professional photographer for their wedding and as a ten year anniversary gift to themselves they reached out to me to celebrate a decade together. Amanda is wearing her original wedding dress and they even have their cake topper from their wedding. She also is wearing her mom’s old leather jacket. They picked up flowers that were on sale at King Soopers. For the second night of our shoot they wanted pictures in Downtown Denver. They rented a 1966 Mustang convertible. Dan & Amanda met in college at Purdue University and got married shortly after graduating. They were planning on spending their anniversary in Italy, but due to COVID they had to cancel their trip. That is when they decided to celebrate their wedding day with the pictures that they never had done. I think it was worth the wait.
