The Inspiration

Zach and Paige are getting married in 2023 and have decided that 2022 will be their year of planning a wedding and pretending to get married as many times as possible! They loved the idea of having a practice round of posing in front of the camera in wedding attire! As for my inspiration for this photoshoot, I have always wanted to do a shoot with an old-school Hollywood feel. I find inspiration in anything vintage, cinematic and non-traditional. I love capturing photos that make you feel nostalgic! Paige and Zach had actually won a give-away of mine earlier in the year and once we got to know each other and found out that Zach works as a mechanic with old school cars we worked on this idea together! He used his grandpa’s old school convertible Porsche and the rest just fell together. We had an absolute blast putting together a styled shoot and putting together my vision! I want to inspire couples that elopements don’t have to mean just signing papers at a courthouse. As someone who eloped myself, I want couples to know getting eloped can mean whatever YOU want it to mean, even if that’s driving off into the mountains and reading your vows in your vintage convertible. Nothing is off the table when it comes to your big day!
