She grew up just a few streets south of her grandmother’s house and spent many summer days there picking flowers, watching her grandmother carefully press and arrange the flowers into wall hangings and cards. Every birthday or Christmas card Abby ever received from her grandmother always had flowers pressed on the front. To no surprise, Abby still has those cards today as well as a wall hanging her grandmother made for her wedding day! How special!
