Moab is the perfect place for an elopement! There are so many beautiful locations to choose from, it’s almost too difficult to decide on which one! Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and all of the natural wonders of this area made it a great place for adventure and a little bit of love. If you’re ever planning an epic adventure elopement, you need to have Moab on your list.
We started at Under Canvas Moab with the canyons looming above us from all sides. The glamping experience was amazing and a great way to jump start this sweet little Moab elopement shoot. Our reception table was set with the tumbleweeds and we incorporated the natural colors of the area with our tablescape. The additional pattern of the linen from La Tavola Fine Linen brought out the texture of the leather escort cards. We’re a huge fan of texture, so when we found the salad plates from Anthropologie, we just knew they would add an extra dimension to our table. The elegant amber goblets and gold cutlery from Forty-Four Rental & Design added just the little bit of color we needed to bring it all together.
We are head over heels in love with the dried flower arrangements from Agile Goat Flower Farm. Dried flowers are a super fun new wedding trend and the Moab desert was the ideal place to show them off. They were made for the Chantel Lauren dress from Velvet Bride. What we loved about this dress was the way the wind caught it and made for ALL the magic. The dress was hand dyed the golden blushy color that matched the canyons around it. I couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect dress! Our lovely models, Maggie & Arlyn (who want to confirm with all of their family that they did not run away to Moab to elope), were the sweetest couple and up for all the adventure Moab could throw at them. They love everything adventure and that’s what we’re all about.
