Rentals big and small can make a huge impact on your wedding day. Inspired by the colors of different seasons, the team of talented Utah wedding pros created a variety of looks showcasing how different rentals, linens and florals can completely transform your big day! Don’t be afraid to play with colors and textures of plates paired with luxurious velvet linens, delicate florals and fresh fruit to create a truly one-of-a-kind style for your wedding.

Sweet Spring
For a taste of spring, combine soft pink tulips and blush mini-roses with a clear beaded charger and Villa d’Este ivory china plate from Diamond Event. The river rock place card with white hand lettering by Hey Karli Calligraphy, shimmering silver linen and juicy raspberries finish this sweet spring setting.

Summer Sunshine
A Marcella-patterned china plate sits atop the gold broken leaf charger paired with modern matte metallic flatware from Diamond Event. The sunshine yellow setting pops with dark and light pink roses from Mille Fleur Design and a sprinkling of fresh blackberries perfect for a peak summer wedding.

In Between Seasons
The white OG dinner plate stands in contrast to the earthy wood charger and textured salad plate matched with gold and wooden flatware all from Wild Event Studio. As summer fades to fall, poppy pink garden roses, blue hydrangea and red rubber plant leaves create a unique, autumn palette against the rosewood linen.

Striking Fall
Midnight dinner and salad plates from Wild Event Studio boldly stand out against the Tuscan sun velvet linen paired with Noir black flatware for a striking fall wedding setup. Dot the table with lively orchids to play off the Petal accent plate and finish the look with rustic tiny branches.

Whimsical Winter
Desert succulents with mini white orchids and dried green hydrangea add natural elements to a classic setting styled by Allison Baddley. The ivory Sienna lace china dinner and salad plates are complemented with sleek bronze flatware from Diamond Event for whimsical winter wedding rental inspiration.

Cool Spring
Layer different sizes of plates in the same color scheme to create a custom setting for each guest. Start with the Pewter charger and top with an Alex dinner plate and Lisbon-patterned salad plate from Wild Event Studio. Cool tones of teal, pale blue and gray make this spread ideal for spring when the air is still cool.
