The Wedding

“She has an independent soul and spent two years in France where she fell in love with the language, the people, and the food. He has an adventurous spirit and is always the life of the party. They were friends for a very long time…and then they fell in love. He chose his family’s Colorado cattle ranch to propose. The bride designed her own dress and had it custom made in Italy. The groom’s mother officiated the ceremony. The groom danced down the aisle. Weaving the details of their story and the unique charm of their personalities was key to our design. The bride and groom chose his family home for their wedding ceremony and reception. It was important for the couple to dine with their guests- not just eat a quick meal and send them on their way. A French inspired eight course dining experience was central to the evenings events. Inspiration pivoted around an olive wood steak knife that everyone immediately fell in love with. The place settings included a polished bovine horn napkin ring. The cake looked like a piece of art that could be displayed at the Louvre. The bride and groom breathed in every moment and savored every bite. Everything, everything was magnifique.”
