Jessica + Jared
The decision to get married at one of our favorite Edmonton restaurants, The Workshop Eatery, was an easy one. We wanted to support a local restaurant which focuses on providing locally sourced and seasonal fare, accompanied by some of the most genuine hospitality in the industry. Workshop Eatery is located in the priMED Mosaic Centre, a net-zero energy commercial building whose innovative design and bright atmosphere is truly breathtaking. We got married in front of their live greenery wall, surrounded by 46 of our closest family members and friends (including our photographer Carlos Vicente). Our overall wedding esthetic was meant to be simple, timeless and elegant, so we focused on continuing the “natural” vibe of the venue into our floral arrangements and table settings. The decor focused on highlighting natural elements through the use of wood, glass and natural greenery, accompanied by white florals and gold accents. The beautiful table settings, accompanied by table service and an epic 3-course meal made for a night filled with unforgettable memories! At the end of the day, we just wanted to be surrounded by the people we love the most and to eat some amazing food and drink great wine. In the end, our wedding day was exactly that and so much more!
