Stylish Summertime Engagement Session in Utah

“Travis was vagabonding the summer of 2016 that we met and had traveled to all sorts of places – Puerto Rico, Hawaii, California, etc. A mutual friend suggested that Travis make a stop in Utah to meet me and so the plan was to take me on a date before heading off to the next destination, New Zealand. Something about meeting me convinced him to forgo the New Zealand trip and instead, join me on an extended family reunion trip to Bear Lake. Some might say a family reunion is less glamorous than the picturesque landscape of New Zealand, but I sure am happy he chose the later option. In 2018, Travis moved to Utah so we could give normal-distanced dating a try. We moved in together not long after and added two cattle dogs to the family who we love very much, Mochi and Benny. We have a favorite trail that we run with the dogs and on Sep 13th 2020, Travis brought a ring on the trail and proposed to me at the highest point at sunset. Although I lost the ring just three weeks later, Travis still wanted to marry me. So badly that he was willing to re-propose again with a new ring on NYE 2021. Our wedding is in June 2022 at the Wild Oak venue in Lindon, UT. We’ve been together a few years now and we’re excited to have an intimate ceremony to re-connect with close friends and family. Of course the dog-friendly venue is a plus since we’ll want them to join in the celebration. We’ll be serving mochi ice cream for a dessert since it’s one of my favorites – which is apparent since I named my dog after it.”
