Snowy and Playful Kananaskis Lakes Engagement

Graham and I have been together for over 6 years, after meeting at a mutual job near Calgary. I had never been to Alberta and I spent that summer being toured around by Graham, camping and hiking together every single weekend. We would spend hours together at a time, hiking, playing cards in the tent, and being outdoors together. So much of our relationship was built that summer, on various adventures in the mountains. When it was time to have our engagement photos taken we headed back to the first ever place we backpacked together, Kananaskis Lakes. It was a snowy, blustery day but we had such an amazing time with Sue. The photos felt so natural, relaxed, and we laughed our way through the day. The photos we have hung in our home perfectly capture our personalities and we are so grateful to have these images for years to come!
