Jena + Zach
Jena and Zach’s mountain elopement took place off of Beartooth Pass, Wyoming in July during peak wildflower season. Theirs was a truly intimate elopement, off the beaten path, with only their parents as witnesses. The golden light showcased the surrounding mountains, wildflower meadows, and cool blue water of the nearby lake. They said their vows among the wildflowers under a timber frame arch. To keep the natural surroundings in emphasis, the floral palette was kept to pale neutral tones of greenery, creamy whites, and the softest, muted blush. The Wyoming landscape really played a key role in the image creation by Rachel Ruhl Photography. Jena shared, ‘The day was our definition of perfection. The experience, along with exchanging our vows in front of only our parents, was so much more than we could have ever asked for! It was intimate & romantic and we were quite literally in the clouds!’
