Sparklers, florals, delicious cake, and details to make anyone’s heart excited for spring, this inspiration shoot at the Foundry featured incredible vendors who pulled their talents together and created something to remember the season.
By pulling together blues, yellows, pinks and white, we knew we could create something exciting and bright. Fun and unique prints in the china and glassware paired well with the textures in our flowing table runners and velvet napkins. The floral arrangements surrounded by the glow of tea lights and taper candles were stunning and really pulled together the entire tablescape perfectly.
The cake created by Marcia with Sweet Cravings by Marcia was a delicious raspberry and vanilla masterpiece which incorporated traditional royal icing piping, delicate floral patterns, and a pop of yellow that just screamed spring! A few Parrot tulips from Floral Expressions of Utah were placed as an accent against the pop of yellow for the final touch. As our models went to cut into the cake wearing that gorgeous flowing dress by Versailles Atelier Bridal and indigo suit with pastel pink bowtie from DC Tuxedo, they couldn’t help but talk about how delicious the cake was! We fully agreed!
