Ashley and Joshua eloped privately in 2020, but decided to celebrate with mountain top photos and a second elopement near Georgetown, Colorado in early June. They sealed their marriage in a teary-eyed first look beside the creek at their Airbnb and then shared private vows at the top of Guanella Pass with their six month old. The couple had fallen in love with the mountains of Colorado after living in Durango for a time. ‘The mountains are our home and in our hearts no matter where we live!’ said Ashley. After moving to Wisconsin, they knew they needed to come back to celebrate the new chapter of their lives together and they couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful location or day to say I do, again. The best of Colorado summer was in full display as they shared plenty of laughter and kisses overlooking the Rockies on their intimate and beautiful elopement day.
