The Inspiration

Once we decided on our venue for this styled shoot, I immediately started to imagine what not only the space would be transformed into, but also the colors and style I wanted to incorporate. While working in an industrial space, my vision was to have a soft and romantic feel. When coming up with an overall theme to describe it to the vendor team, I kept repeating, romance meets industrial styled shoot.

I choose the mauve purple tones to be our overall inspiration and it mixed perfectly with the touches of gold and ivory. Our bridal gown was not only elegant, but also so beautifully designed with the intricate beading and details. The tulle layers also made for some fun and amazing photos! While keeping the colors and overall feel of our venue in mind, I choose to have our groom don a grey suit with a purple bowtie and matching corsage. Mix the combo together with the lush and flowing bridal bouquet and it was truly the perfect pair! This shoot truly turned out to be the epitome of what I imagined from day one!
