New Mexico Styled Shoot

The Inspiration

When Danielle and Julia started discussing a styled shoot their first question was, “Well, what do we want it to be and look like?” For them it was pretty simple, through this pandemic couples are having to adjust and really find strength through each other. They wanted this couple to look and be a real “Power Couple”. They wanted every detail to be a reminder of how powerful love can truly be, from the hair to the bold makeup, from the statement dress and cape to his strong black on black look, from the beautiful bridge we chose to shoot at to the gorgeous jewelry she wore. Every detail was chosen with intention and every vendor was picked for their expertise in their field.

This couple displays the strength that every couple is having to have at this moment in time and they are doing it together. Diego and Hollie are celebrating 14 years or marriage! They are dedicated healthcare professionals and parents. They are both RNs working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Diego and Hollie have overcome some extraordinary moments in their 14 years of marriage. Most recently, in 2019, Diego was diagnosed with a cavernous angioma and had brain surgery, this happened shortly after the couple’s fifth child was born. Through all of this, the couple remains committed to one another, their family, and careers. Their love for one another is stronger now than ever before. Diego and Hollie have so much to celebrate on their wedding anniversary! Diego is alive and they are thriving as a couple! They have faced and overcome their obstacles with the power of LOVE!
