Plan your Wedding at the The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch

Rumor has it getting married is one of the happiest moments of your life! Celebrating the beginning of the rest of your life surrounded by those who love you most truly is unforgettable.

Plan to start your forever at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, Colorado where luxury meets nature! With an all-inclusive wedding package to take the added stress out of planning a wedding, The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch offers multiple venues and options for every couple and style!

Ceremony Spaces

The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch has a variety of venue choices from rustic outdoor settings overlooked by mountains to elegant indoor ballrooms for grand affairs. Two of our favorites include Anderson’s Cabin and Skier Bridge.

Anderson’s Cabin is for couples who want a smaller, more private wedding. It holds 65 or less guests and is nestled in an Aspen grove in the White River National Forest. Mountain views surround every angle of this cabin where you’ll have your ceremony and cocktail hour. This is the original cabin of John Anderson, one of the original founders of Bachelor Gulch.

Skier Bridge is ideal for an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony. This location holds up to 285 guests and boasts breathtaking views of the valley. This bridge is for couples who want a larger wedding but still want incredible mountain views.

No matter which ceremony site you select, you’re guaranteed a day to remember!

Cocktail Hour + Reception

The good news about the wedding package from The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is that it offers variety for each couple to customize the wedding of their dreams. Opting for the all-inclusive wedding package is great for couples who like to plan from afar, or for those who want to take out the added stress of planning a wedding.

The all-inclusive wedding package includes four hours of open bar and four passed hors d’oeuvres. We recommend utilizing one hour of the open bar and your choice of four hors d’oeuvres for the cocktail hour. While you and your new spouse are capturing portraits throughout The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch’s property, your guests can mingle, sip on specialty cocktails, and enjoy some light nibbles before dinner and dancing!

For couples who choose Anderson’s Cabin as their ceremony and cocktail hour location will move to the Anderson Berg room for their reception. This room, full of natural tones and floor to ceiling windows, will leave you in awe of its incredible views. Whereas, couples who choose The Skier Bridge for their ceremony will enjoy cocktail hour at the Mountainside Terrace, an outdoor spot in the National forest. You will have the choice of moving your reception into the ballroom or, if you’re hoping to stay outdoors, to a tent on the Grand Lawn.

Work with The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch to customize the menu for your cocktail hour and reception with their Executive Chef, Jasper Schneider. Chef Jasper has worked all over the world, most recently in Aruba, so you know youll be in good hands. Both locations we’ve mentioned include a menu of a choice of soup or salad and entrée. You’ll have three hours of the open bar left, which means guests can continue to enjoy themselves well into the evening.

Included in your wedding package, as the evening winds down, join your guests for a champagne toast as you cut your cake. Don’t forget to have someone save the top of your cake for your one year wedding anniversary if you’re keeping with tradition.

Once the night is over, say goodbye to your guests and enjoy a complimentary couple’s suite with a rose petal turndown. Relish in everything that just happened and enjoy the final moments of the evening with your new spouse! Can you believe, you’re now married!

If a luxurious wedding in the mountains sounds perfect for you and your fiancé, The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch offers reduced wedding package pricing at the end of April and beginning of May, and then again at the end of October and beginning of November. Find out more details about their wedding package on their website.

A few of our favorites include WYLD, Buffalos, and Sakaba:

WYLD is an elegant elevated dining restaurant that brings farm to table. They source many of their meats from Colorado and their vegetables from Knapp Ranch, just 10 miles away. This dinner spot is perfect for a private rehearsal dinner.

Buffalos is an elevated gastropub with regional microbrews and barrel-aged cocktails. Buffalos is perfect for a groomsmen luncheon or bridal party happy hour.

Sakaba is The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch’s newest addition. Sakaba meaning “bar” in Japanese is a contemporary sushi lounge that creates an intimate yet casual atmosphere where you can indulge in traditional Japanese delights and divine cocktails. This space is great for hosting an intimate dinner between the two immediate families!

After a weekend of celebrating with family and friends, spend the day after your wedding relaxing with amazing spa treatments from their Black Diamond Facial to their river stone massage. We highly recommend a spa day with your bridal party prior to the big day, too! Or, if you’re hoping to get active and outdoors, try out one of the daily guided hikes with one of the hotel dogs. This is also a great activity for guests staying on the property looking to explore the scenery. There are a ton of activities offered on property and many can accommodate guests of any age.
