We have been together 5 years this September. We met a Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne, where we’re both working at the time. We were friends for quite a while and even then he would always say “I’m going to marry you someday,” and I would just roll my eyes and laugh. We eventually secured our bond over our mutual love for hot wings and have been in love ever since. To this day, we have a wing date almost every Sunday. We are definitely each other’s best friends and love attending sporting events (especially Rockies games which is where he proposed), beer festivals, and weekend getaways to Blackhawk. You may even catch us wearing matching outfits. It has not been without its hardships, though. I have spent the last two years in Laramie at UW finishing my degree and Christian is serving in his first deployment for the Wyoming Air National Guard. We were engaged September 2019 and are getting married September 27, 2020 at the Wedgewood Tapestry House.
