March 5, 2020 is where this love story began! Not knowing in just a few weeks their worlds would be locked down, literally! It all started with a ‘Hola’. Zay and Paradise were both on the dating website ‘BLK’ not truly looking for anything, but good conversation and meeting new people. After a few days of talking on the website, numbers were exchanged even though Zay thought Paradise was a catfish! They continued to have great conversation and after the first few dates they couldn’t get enough of each other! It only took 3 dates, 3 weeks and 3 times of seeing each other for them to start falling in love with one another. During this time they had nothing, but time to learn about one another, to spend time together and to build on a bond indescribable.
The pair quarantined together for months, were forced to see each others imperfections very early on, but had a desire to learn every little thing about one another and were open and honest about every little thing. It was a connection so powerful their friends and family both knew head on that this was a love undoubtable! Paradise brought in a son with special needs in this relationship and Zay adapted to their lifestyle like nothing had changed in his. A year later, they are still going strong, living, learning and loving each other every single day.
