Lily and Andy brought their closest friends and family to the heart of Montana with a wedding celebration that embraced the rugged romanticism of Big Sky Country. Both currently living in Montana, Lily and Andy wanted the most important people in their lives to experience the true beauty of a place they both love so dearly. From a western welcome party to a tented wedding reception on the ranch, Lily and Andy incorporated personal touches during their weekend-long wedding celebration in Bozeman, Montana.
The Welcome Party
In true Montana fashion, Lily and Andy’s western welcome party included a barbecue dinner and a custom hat bar. The hats, specially curated by Lily and Andy themselves, were created through their brand, One Twelves. Each guest had the choice of custom cowboy hat branding station or a trucker hat with their wedding emblem on them from One Twelves. The signage was designed by Lily’s childhood friend, Herron of Like the Bird, who worked closely with the couple to create custom illustrations that felt unique to their love story and reflected who they are as a couple.
The Wedding Ceremony
Lily and Andy woke on the morning of their wedding to rain, while unexpected, it left a moment of quiet reflection and peace that most couples strive to achieve on their wedding day. Their ceremony was intimate and beautiful as they said their “I do’s,” under an arch made of moose antlers from another family business, Antlers Unlimited. Moose and Buckley, their two Golden Retrievers, walked down the aisle and had front row seats to see Lily and Andy tie the knot in true Rocky Mountain fashion.
The Reception
With bar service by Greenwood Mixology and a luxurious dinner by Zac’s Montana Kitchen, the reception was nothing short of perfection. The tented reception surrounded by rugged Montana beauty included three antler chandeliers from Antlers Unlimited and tabletop rentals from Montana Party Rentals filled with lush white florals from Storylines Floral Co. for a classically elegant look. Lily donned a second bridal look while she and Andy danced into the night surrounded by those they love most in the world.
Lily and Andy’s wedding weekend was something straight out of a fairytale thanks to the help from family and friends along the way. The local Montana wedding vendors created a beautifully luxurious weekend of wedding festivities for Lily and Andy’s guests to bask in the beauty of Montana.
