For this styled shoot, we wanted to showcase the grandeur and western charm of Sheridan’s most beloved landmark, The Historic Sheridan Inn. The venue, constructed in 1892 by William F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody, features rich wood tones, two massive stone fireplaces, and a sprawling covered veranda, making it an ideal location for a cozy fall or winter wedding. Western details in the invitation suite by Summit and Sage and a welcome bag with limited edition rodeo candles from WYO Candle Co set the tone for the day. The history of the venue inspired our planner to think back upon her childhood memories of visiting Colonial Williamsburg during the holidays, and we incorporated dried orange slices, maple leaves, and fruit into both the mantel and table design.
