One summer night in 2017, Nicole and Jake met while dancing at the Cowboy Bar in Great Falls, Montana. They were inseparable from that night forward. Two and a half years later, Jake proposed to Nicole outside of their favorite bar. Despite Nicole’s general surgery residency in Arizona and the pandemic, the couple managed to plan and execute their dream wedding on September 5, 2020. The wedding ceremony was set on Nicole’s family ranch, at the site where her mother and stepfather were married twenty years earlier. Seating arrangements we’re simple hay bales and pews salvaged from an abandoned church. Jake and Nicole’s wedding reception was held at Electric City Coffee, a beautiful coffeehouse in downtown Great Falls. The venue executed Nicole’s vision of simple, elegant, and naturally based decorations, paired with white roses and greenery.
