Brynn + Colin
We met in class and developed a close friendship over the years. We both graduated from Drexel University with master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and fell in love after a summer of #funemployment. A few years later, we took a huge leap of faith and moved from Philadelphia to Denver to start a new adventure together. We completely fell in love with all the Rockies had to offer, spending our weekends skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and seeing concerts at Red Rocks. Colin and I had been together 5 years when he proposed in 2018 on a camping trip near Vail. We both have very busy jobs, so I thought a 2 year engagement and having plenty of time to plan our big, perfect wedding day would be perfect. What’s the rush? So we planned our wedding for 2020. Then came COVID. After deciding to postpone our reception, we still wanted to celebrate and have a ceremony. We opted for something we could never have done with a large guest list. Our “big day” became small and intimate – and it was perfect. We promised forever to one another at 12,000 feet on top of Loveland Pass. It was so special, and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.
