Moody and Chic Colorado I Do’s

“I would say that 95% of our guests were from out of town. Knowing this played a huge factor in picking everything from our venue to our food. We felt Vista View was perfect because everyone coming would get to see how beautiful Colorado is. It was a perfect blank slate for what I wanted looks wise – which was “moody boho” and it came with everything we needed (furniture, booze, etc.) – not to mention an awesome day of planner with Katie. The look ended up representing us extremely well and that can be seen with both the flowers (which I was obsessed with) and the way the photos turned out. Shanna and Dave from Basecamp Visual made us feel super comfortable taking photos – and for two awkward people that is saying a lot. I want to have another wedding just so I can hang out with the two of them again. Our food from Red Maple turned out unreal – we are still getting compliments about it. They were so helpful from start to finish – even with my random email requests like if we could do some sort of custom buffalo chicken sandwich as an appetizer. I could not have asked for a better group of people to pull off the vision I had for the day. It was so fun and I hear often that it was one of the best weddings are guests had ever been to.”
