Coral + Madison
Planning a wedding in the middle of COVID-19 was no easy feat. The vision for our day, and the date changed many times over the course of the year. We were finally able to tie the knot in November with a small group of family and friends, although it wasn’t the original plan, it was better. All our vendors worked overtime to bring it all together safely and uphold the changing health orders. Some highlights of a smaller ceremony were the groom and groomsmen getting ready at our own home which meant a lot to us. Next, the intimacy of the ceremony allowed us to spend more time with each individual guests. Paige, of Spotlight Events filmed our wedding on Instagram live to those who couldn’t be there. It is a treasured memory that we can go back and watch and it is so much fun to read the comments and well wishes. Another bonus, we had lots of time to take photos just the two of us without feeling rushed to get back to a reception. Finally, we enjoyed a private dinner which our caterers, Boy with a Knife, organized in under a week after plans changed a final time! They blew us away, as did all our amazing and flexible vendors. We were unbelievably in awe of the day and it was everything we could have asked for and more!
