Karra + Michael
Karra and Michael met in 2015, spending a random night out with friends in downtown Mcallen, Texas. They met and instantly felt a pull towards each other. Thus making this random night in 2015 the start of their most precious love story. After dating for five years, Michael proposed in Ruidoso, New Mexico after a ski trip in the Apache Mountains. They officially tied the knot on July 6th, 2022 in Estes Park, Colorado. Estes Park held a special place in both of their hearts, as they spent seven years vacationing there. As soon as Karra saw the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, she knew this special place had to be where they started their lives together. She was especially drawn to the mountains and the snow, which ultimately inspired her vision for her wedding. While they had a summer wedding, Karra chose all white florals to mimic the cool, serene feeling of snow. The flowers were an important part of the day for Karra. “We chose Valen Ibarra because we knew she’d create something unique, romantic, light, and sweet. Just like us!” Karra said. Karra and Michael’s advice for future couples: “Patience, trust, and never neglect the relationship- keep it alive! A marriage is not 50% 50% it should be each giving their full 100%”
