For this editorial inspiration shoot, we wanted to create a fun, memorable look by incorporating bold pops of color into all of the details. White Antler Venue provided an element of rustic elegance with the white slatted walls and concrete floor, while also offering lovely natural light throughout the space. The wood farmhouse table matched the look nicely and the pink velvet vintage chair paired beautifully with the colorful flowers. The other details of the event were also inspired by elegance, color, and a touch of fun. The cake was both soft and bright with the pink textured frosting and beautiful blooms on top. The cake’s raw edge and non-uniform layers worked together with the florals to create an organic, yet sophisticated look. The stationery design balanced the rest of the details with clean, classy lines and typography. A fun, retro vibe was interlaced into the invitations with bold colors and graphics that added just the right amount of bold and modern. The dress showcased a mix of fitted and flowy. The sheath skirt hugged the bride’s beautiful curves while the layers of tulle overtop were perfect for twirling. The subtle sparkle and floral lace added beautiful texture and interest to the gown. The bright array of colors added personality and fun to this summery setup. The pinks, yellows, burgundies, and oranges of the florals created beautiful contrast against the white, bright background of the venue. We chose bright and bold hues, with shades of pink as the main color. The variety of florals and colors worked to blend the palette and make everything work together. Our florist chose stunning blooms to create a gorgeous hanging floral installation. It delicately floated over the table and provided the perfect backdrop for the bride. The peonies, roses, white lilacs, yellow craspedia, and ranunculus were romantic and playful at the same time. The bride’s bouquet featured soft, ruffling peonies of all different shades with the smell of a royal flower garden. The unique texture of each flower added depth and interest to the arrangements. I especially loved the craspedia which look like little yellow polka dots! All of the vendors involved brought their talents together to create an incredible shoot!
