In true fashion, RMB’s Social Media Manager, Bailey, was proposed to in the most #InstaWorthy way.
Grace Gatto reached out when Bailey posted a video of her boyfriend, Pilot Paul flying them around. She thought it was super cool and wanted to do an airplane photoshoot with them. They scheduled it for the beginning of October. With 2021 being an already crazy wedding season, Grace was insanely busy, so Bailey suggested postponing. They postponed until the end of October. Then a few weeks later, Grace asked to postpone until after Thanksgiving, which didn’t raise any suspicions since she was still busy and that’s when wedding season slows down. Little did Bailey know, this was because Paul had reached out to Grace to begin planning the proposal. December 9th was the new and final date. Paul had always said he wanted the proposal to catch her off guard, and that proposing at the shoot would be way too obvious, so Bailey had no clue. He started saying sweet things during the shoot (neither one of them can really remember what he said, it was such a blur!) but it wasn’t until Paul pointed to the airport hangar, whose doors had just opened, that Bailey saw their families and friends watching. It clicked. She started crying hysterically as Paul dropped down on one knee and said “Bailey, will you marry me?” She replied with a quick, “You already know my answer!” Bailey and Paul immediately ran to the hangar to celebrate the long awaited proposal (five years later…) with their families and popped champagne. They then surprised Bailey with an engagement party later in the evening.
