Brenton and I had been dating for around four years, I knew a proposal was coming soon, but I had no idea when or how. I honestly thought I would definitely know about it or Brenton would accidently let it slip. One night, we ended up going to a nice dinner where we both got a little dressed up, I really can’t believe I didn’t catch on. Brenton’s sister was in town and we planned to meet her at the nearby park once we were finished. When we arrived, there was a table set up with flowers, a ring on the table and rose petals on the ground. It was happening!!!! We got engaged on September 19, 2020. I can not wait to marry my best friend!
