Spring Florals inspired this styled shoot, influenced by watercolors, lush florals, and old world, Palace of Versailles style details. When choosing the dresses from Maci Marie Bridal, we wanted a soft amount of texture to keep this styled shoot feeling whimsical, fresh and full of life! We chose the venue based on its abundance of light, and the elegance and romance that saturate the atmosphere. Upon entering the Chandelier Barn at Lionsgate Event Center, it’s as if you are opening the doors to your dream wedding! The entrance is grand, yet the space is intimate. Your eyes immediately go up to all the glowing vintage chandeliers hanging from the the top of the barn. No two chandeliers are alike. You then make your way up the grand stairway and find yourself in the the most dreamy bridal suite for hair and make-up. For hair and makeup artist, Ember Hairsteam, that is where her vision came to life. The space has the most amazing vanity and is full of mirrors in every direction. The soft light and dark wood inspired a classic bridal look with soft, flowing waves and hair that was perfectly set to accent her eyes, cheeks and flowing down to highlight the dress. Before Noon Paperie’s paper flourishes echoed the gentle curves of the hairstyle and the gorgeous mirrors and chandeliers of the venue. The florals for the photoshoot focused on the staircase central to the space. Lush greenery and white roses are reminiscent of a luscious rose garden, and garden style bouquets bring Spring to life. Photographer, Christina Kiffney Photography, infused in a modern Italian romantic feel to photograph the girls in modern vintage backgrounds. The romance of light and flowers will never fail to capture the heart of any girl in love.
