The Inspiration
The Little Sahara Sand Dunes are incredible. It is so crazy that so much sand and so much beauty is right here in Utah. A couple hour drive, and our scenery was completely transformed into an actual desert.
I wanted people who could help me capture this raw beauty that awaited me. I thought of Ashley, but I didn’t want this to be a normal styled shoot. I wanted the couple to have a connection, a real connection. That’s when Ashley told me about Jaxon.
Jaxon and Ashley met through mutual friends. They shared a passion for dance growing up and clicked instantly. Ashley describes their relationship as “the sweetest friendship bond that can’t be broken.” These two have done nothing but support each other through the years. They’ve shared laughs, injuries, and many hours of dance together. They were magic that night at the Dunes, and I’m so happy I was able to capture some of it.
