Me and Shayla (of Beauty and The Belief) had both dreamed of planning a styled shoot in Glacier National Park. I had seen stunning elopements and editorials done in the area and I was just in awe of the beauty of these mountains. They looked so huge and majestic!
We arrived late on a Friday evening and all I could think was that I was so excited to go to sleep and wake up to see the true beauty in the daylight.
I did a huge online wedding dress haul back in the fall and I found the perfect lace boho gown. It had flutter sleeves with a low back, and a saucy leg slit in the front. So fun! We styled our model in cute little booties and a hat that I decorated in elegant florals to match the bouquet. Total adventure bride vibes!
The drive to the park was hilarious. We squeezed 7 humans, 2 camera cases, personal suitcases, a drone, and precious florals in one car. You would think there would be more room in a Hummer. We finally arrived to Lake McDonald, and it truly made our hearts flutter. All the stress of trying to pull this off disappeared and it was absolutely perfect. This trip refreshed me so much and ignited my passion to follow my adventurous dreams coming in 2019.
