“The day was greatly anticipated though of course, not exactly how we pictured it when we first talked about marriage (very early on we might add… when you know you know). We both hail from very loving and understanding families who cheered us on behind a livestream screen. We cherished having our closest family and friends present on our (not so) big day. The entire day was so relaxed and there was zero pressure to perform. It was just about our love for one another and the support of our families of our union. We had so much time to take photos which was truly a blast and we still have people to this day compliment them (thanks, Danika, you are a peach!). Though the guest count may not have been anticipated, it was a truly special day and we wouldn’t trade it in for anything we thought we had wanted. The focus was new marital love, new life adventure and the exciting prospect of waking up to the love of your life. It is a moment in time we know we will be telling for years to come.”
