The Fish House
The Fish House (pictured above) offers a romantic and rustic setting for an intimate ceremony, cocktail hour, or plated rehearsal dinner. A hidden gem, The Fish House offers a unique wilderness feel without leaving the comfort and amenities of The Broadmoor. With stunning views of Cheyenne Mountain, the East golf course, and its own pond, the Fish House is the perfect venue for 2-24 guests.
We love the idea of hosting a spring or summer wedding celebration at The Fish House so you can take advantage of the dock and upper and lower decks for socializing with guests!
The Estate House
The Estate House(pictured in the getting ready photos above) offers a stunning historic residence located just steps from The Broadmoor’s main campus. This exquisite residence provides a timeless backdrop for romantic wedding celebrations. Share your vows on the spacious and private back lawn, while surrounded by lush, meticulously landscaped gardens and stunning views of Cheyenne Mountain; and either move indoors for your reception (2-60 guests) or continue to enjoy the fresh mountain air with cocktails and reception on the lawn (2-200 guests).
The back lawn is also a perfect place for a tented reception, yard games during cocktail hour, or live music!
The Estate House is a great choice for housing your wedding party and immediate family, hosting a rehearsal dinner and so much more!
NOTE:The Estate House must be rented as an overnight accommodation!
The South Terrace
The South Terrace (pictured above), like many of the spaces at The Broadmoor, also has stunning views of Cheyenne Mountain and Cheyenne Lake. It can accommodate a ceremony and cocktail hour for 2-50 guests which is perfect for a micro wedding or elopement for just you and your fiancé. Additionally, the covered portion of the South Terrace can also be used for intimate plated lunches and dinners for up to 50 people which is great for a rehearsal dinner or bridal luncheon the week of your wedding.
With stunning views to boast, you can opt for minimal decor so that your love is the star of the show!
The Mountain View Terrace
The Mountain View Terrace offers the privacy of an enclosed patio, which is great for unpredictable Colorado days! It, of course, also has views of Cheyenne Mountain. For an intimate celebration, the Mountain View Terrace can host a ceremony, cocktail hour, and plated dinner for up to 60 people. From a wood-burning fireplace and water features to wrought-iron chandeliers, the Mountain View Terrace offers a charming space for you and your fiancé to say I do.
